Chef Shahir Massoud stars in CBC’s upcoming “Fridge Wars”

My multi-talented client Chef Shahir Massoud has been selected as one of the celebrity chefs on the CBC original series Fridge Wars premiering Feb. 27, 2020 on linear and on CBC Gem. The entertaining format features two different celebrity chefs facing off during each episode, with a challenge to create elaborate meals using only ingredients taken from the fridges of ordinary Canadian families. The improvised dinners are judged by two different families. Shahir hosted Around the World in 8 Meals on CTV’s Gusto and co-hosted the CBC-TV talk show The Goods for two years. He has been very busy finishing his first cookbook which will be published by Penguin Random House in 2020 plus emceeing and presenting at culinary events across Canada.
